Compact Foaming Unit (XL Foamer)
The Compact Foaming Units (XL Foamer) are air-driven pumps with a special foam generator by air injection. They are used as standard with a bracket for direct mounting on the IBC or without a bracket for wall mounting. An adapter with cam lock coupling on the suction hose ensures quick and easy connection to the IBC.
Felt conditioning and cleaning
Felts are usually sprayed or lathered and washed. We have developed a special cleaning product for lathering felts with high work safety, good efficiency and good results. With our shock wash, the felt is treated gently and not overly stressed. We avoid internal mixing and thus irritation for the user by making the product odourless - this guarantees a high level of work safety. By generating a high foam volume with our foam pump and a special injector, the investment costs are low - this makes our product particularly productive for you. We achieve a high retention time and offer a visible, perfect alternative. The environment to be cleaned is accessible at all times.
Lanko traversing device in combination with Lanko Silpas Superb
The Lanko traversing bar, which is installed across the width of the machine, is particularly suitable for online passivation. Nozzles are mounted on the beam which, variably adjusted, enable optimal application of Lanko Silpas Superb. Silpas Superb was developed to prevent stickies from building up in the dryer section and the standard problems of conventional passivation (clogging of nozzles, paper marking, high consumption during application).
